  • Our Aim is to provide you with a caring, confidential and friendly service.

  • During your visit you will be seen individually by an appropriately trained practitioner.

  • All information that you give us is kept confidential and stays within the clinic.

  • All tests will be identified by number to preserve your confidentiality.

  • Any treatment, medication, leaflet or advice is free.

  • Results of tests which are positive will only be given to you personally – ideally by mobile or text.

  • We will treat you with respect.

  • We expect you to treat us with respect.
