PRIDE

PRIDE stands for:

People - Showing high care standards or specifically helping a patient, visitor or colleague

Reputation – Actions that have helped to maintain the Trust's good name in the community

Innovation – Showing a fresh approach or finding a new solution to a problem

Dignity – Contributing to the Trust's Dignity in Care priorities

Excellence – Being considered ‘excellent’.

What are the PRIDE awards?

Standing for our Trust values of People, Reputation, Innovation, Dignity and Excellence, the PRIDE Award is a monthly prize that recognises members of the Trust that have gone that extra mile and celebrates the hard work that goes on across the Trust every day.  It is awarded to one of our colleagues, teams or volunteers that have been nominated for demonstrating our Trust values.
