Jude was originally appointed as a Non Executive Director in January 2005, and re-appointed in 2008 to serve until December 2012. She is an experienced senior manager who has worked in Education and Guidance Services in both public and private sectors.
As Partnership Development Manager for Connexions West of England, the focus of Jude’s work was to develop public/private sector partnerships which could provide holistic support services for young people, particularly those at risk of not achieving their potential.
Since leaving full-time employment in order to spend more time with her family, Jude has become a Director of Barnes Ferguson Associates Ltd and of BAM Associates (UK) Ltd. She has been a Lay Assessor for North Somerset Primary Care Trust and is currently a member of Avon and Somerset Police Authority and a Governor of Weston College.
