Roger was appointed in 2011 and is Chair of the Trust's Quality and Governance Committee.
He was previously Head of Policing for North Somerset and worked closely with the local authority and other partner organisations on developing neighbourhood services, prior to his retirement in 2003.
He is currently Vice Chair of Arcadia Housing Group, one of the largest providers of social housing in North Somerset.
Roger is a graduate of both the University of Warwick and the University of the West of England. He has a Masters degree in Marketing and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
