On his 40th birthday he set himself the challenge of running one half marathon every year between age 40 and 50.
This year’s run was the Forest of Dean Half Marathon last weekend, in which he was sponsored to raise funds for the Future Hope charity in Kolkata in India.
Future Hope provides shelter, safety, food and education for street children in Kolkata. Andrew visited the city in January and has been active in raising funds and procuring sporting and educational materials for the charity since his return.
