Responding to a Weston Mercury story today (19th November) regarding a pateint (Ms Pardy) who claims we 'missed' her heart attack, a spokesperson from Weston Area Health NHS Trust said: “Our patients’ experience of care is of upmost importance to us.
“Unfortunately we haven’t had any contact from Ms Pardy about this and our duty of care around patient confidentiality means we would not be able to provide detailed comment.
“We encourage Ms Pardy to get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can discuss the matter with her, investigate it fully and respond directly to her concerns.”
