Compliments

If you would like to tell us when something has gone well you can:

• Speak personally to the member of staff providing your care and treatment.
• Contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) who can then pass your compliments onto the relevant staff. 

Comments and Suggestions

There may be an occasion when you may have comments or observations to make about what you have experienced or seen. You may also have ideas about how things can be changed or improved. To let us know you comments you can:

• Complete a Trust Comment Sheet – located at various point around the hospital and return them to us by post or placing in one of the boxes located around the hospital.
• Contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)  who can log your comments and ensure that they are raised in the most appropriate way.
