Weston Area Health NHS Trust has three sites, the main hospital and Community Children's Services on Drove Road, Weston and at The Barn, Clevedon.

Coming by Car

Please park in the main car park and pay when you are ready to leave. The ticket payment machine and change machine are located to the right of the revolving doors outside the main entrance. The machine takes cards or cash, including notes. The old, discontinued £1 coin is not accepted by the machine. 

Remember at Weston your first 30 minutes parking is free.

Coming to Weston General Hospital by public transport

The main hospital has good transport links and parking facilities.


Getting here by bus:


First Bus operate the 102 (Weston to Puriton, Mon to Fri: every 2 hours), and 21 (Weston to Bridgwater, Mon - Sat: every 30min, Sun: every hour) which stop on the road outside the hospital. The 102 and 21 call at the main Weston-super-Mare train station (Neva Road).

Crosville operate the 4, 105, 107 and 83 services.

Route 4 (South Road to Hutton, Mon to Sat: every 30 min). More information HERE

Route 105 (Worle to Weston Hospital, Mon - Sat: every 30 min, Sun: limited service) stop in the hospital grounds by the main entrance. More information HERE

Route 107 connects Worle, North Worle, High Street with a direct service to the hospital along with linking Winterstoke Road. You can view the timetable HERE.

WebberBus operate the service 76 (Weston to Bridgwater, Mon to Sat: every hour). It serves the hospital grounds and Weston-super-Mare railway station (Neva Road).

Getting here by train:

The nearest train station is Weston-super-Mare railway station, which is about two miles from the Hospital.

Visit or contact them on 0845 7484 950 (open 24-hours) for more information on rail times and fares.

In addition to the services mentioned above the First service 7 (Worle to Coronation Road) serves Weston-super-Mare railway station and stops outside Weston College, about 10 minutes walk away. The 4, 105 and 83 all stop about 6-7 minutes walk from the station, refer to Traveline for details,

There is a special ticket you can buy, to save money that uses the bus and the train. At the station ask for PlusBus – it’s a combined rail and bus ticket, adding all-day unlimited First bus travel around Weston to your rail ticket. Season tickets also available.

Alternatively the Freedom Travelpass gives you unlimited travel on all train and most bus services in Bristol, Bath, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (though not on Crossville and Webberbus services). Travelpasses are available daily (peak and off-peak), weekly and monthly. You can buy one from station booking offices, bus ticket offices, train managers/conductors and First bus drivers.

Getting here by bike:

There are 39 covered and lockable bike spaces in the Trust including a set next to the main hospital reception by the revolving doors.

A new off-road cycle route is being built along Winterstoke Rd and Broadway to the hospital and should be completed by Spring 2015.
